Chris Barton
CEO
Chris Barton is a 20-year Navy Veteran with over 30 years of IT experience. Most recently, Chris has served as the Threat Management Continuous Monitoring (TMCM) and Incident Response Lead, and Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), our nation's largest Military Training Facility (MTF).
Chris serves on the Change Control Board committee at WRNMMC, an advisor for the Ports, Protocols & Services procedure, and counsels IT professionals throughout the MTF. Leveraging his past industry experience at the Federal Communications Commission, USDA & Change Healthcare, and member of the NSA Red Team, he aims to steer MINTD Solutions towards delivering innovative solutions to its clients.
Raphael Clement
Co-Founder, COO
Raphael Clement has served as the Lead for the Assessment & Authorization (A&A) branch under the Cybersecurity division at WRNMMC for the past 5 years and has extensive experience within the DoD landscape.
Overseeing security operations for the flagship MTF, Raphael exemplifies MINTDs core leadership values across a broad domain. Utilizing his extensive experience in security governance and compliance, Raphael propels an organization's security readiness by developing a comprehensive catalog of security controls, establishing robust policies and procedures, and implementing impactful metrics. With a strong blend of technical acumen and strategic vision, Raphael is well-positioned to deliver high-impact cybersecurity solutions in government and defense sectors, driving security resilience and compliance excellence.
